It is a joint venture between Guangzhou Metro Group and the Pearl River Industrial Group. The hotel architecture was designed by KTGY Design Firm in Thailand, with interior design from P49 Design Group in Thailand, and landscape design completed by a consortium of Singapore and Thailand's Belgaolin.
