Welcome home to this charming villa, for up to 6 guests, located in a modern residence with shared swimming pool and private garden. It comes with 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, bathroom with shower, a cozy living room with a double sofa bed and open plan kitchen. Rest easy with modern amenities like air conditioning (at an extra weekly cost), washing machine, microwave, uncovered parking place and enjoy a delicious barbecue.
Ideal for a family or a group of friends.
The swimming pool is open seasonally (from mid June to early September). The exact opening and closing dates may vary between the different residences and depend on the weather conditions. Beahost Rentals cannot be held responsible for closures due to major reasons or for maintenance services, according to the law. The use of the pool cap is mandatory. Tennis court available for a fee: 5eur per hour.

-Security deposit: 200eur will be collected only in cash at the check-in. The security deposit will be returned at the check-out after the accommodation inspection.

°Excluded - Optional: all extras are not mandatory. If you choose to purchase them, they are to be paid upon arrival at the agency and they are subject to availability:

-Pets allowed on request: no cats allowed, only dogs. From 50eur to 80eur per pet per week, depending on the size of the dog:
