The hotel is located at the foot of Kuaiji Mountain, adjacent to the Dayu Mausoleum Scenic Area. It used to be the place where the descendants of Dayu's family surnamed Xie lived and thrived, with a history of more than 4,000 years.
The hotel covers an area of 64,100 square meters, with a construction area of 35,200 square meters and has many guest rooms. A Yuling River crosses the hotel, dividing the hotel into east and west banks, one river and two banks, with different styles but harmonious.
The building on the west bank of the hotel is based on the original natural ecological environment of the ancient village.
