Huang Garden in the 1920s known as the“Chinese historical villa.”. Huang Garden is the predecessor of the former business de chi foreign line“Two write”(deputy manager) of the house, named“China de Chi”, first bought by Lin Erjia, then sold to Huang Yi in 1917. Huang returned from Indonesia in 1919 and settled in Gulangyu Island. Huang Yizhu first in the“Two write” residential building on both sides of the two symmetrical villas, known as the“North and south floor”, used to house small. In 1921, Huang Yi tore down the “Second write” house and built the “Middle House”.
