Beautiful and recently built apartment located on the 1st floor suitable for 5 guests. The property is located at approx. 500m away from the beach and 50m from the center (Viale dei Pini).
It consists of 1 living room with an equipped kitchenette and a single sofa bed, 1 bedroom with a double bed, 1 bedroom with a bunk bed, 1 bathroom with shower box, 2 large terraces with outdoor furniture, TV-sat, free Wi-Fi, washing machine, air-conditioning, mosquito nets, microwave. 1 uncovered parking space included. Pets are Not allowed.
Check-in from 16:30 to 19:30. After 20:00 there will be an extra fee of 40eur to pay on spot. Check-out no later than 10:00.
