Situated on the Southern Sea Road, the Sea Horizon Hotel (Haitian Baiyun Dajiudian) is ideal for anyone looking for a little sun and fun, although it is a little far from the city center for those after a bit of shopping or Western-style nightlife. The hotel faces both the mountains and sea, making for a relaxing stay and is only five kilometers away from the Dalian Xinghai Convention Center.All of the hotel's 189 rooms look out onto the sea in front or the green mountains behind and all are equipped with air-conditioning, satellite TV, minibar and internet access. Although additional facilities here are minimal, they are adequate, and the business facilities should cover most needs. The business center provides full secretarial services, with a number of variously sized conference rooms and a banquet hall (200 people capacity) for guest use. There is also a nightclub.The dining services here provide Asian cuisine in the Paradise Seafood Restaurant, Japanese in the Sazanami Japanese Restaurant and Western food in the Along the Bay Restaurant. The Balcony Bar is the best of all though, which allows you to enjoy the sunshine with drinks and an uninterrupted sea view.
