The B&B is located in Hengshui Village, Majedang Township, Lingchuan County. Hengshui Village is the intersection of the Baixing Ancient Road (one of the Eight Classics of Taihang Mountain) and the current Taihang No. 1 Tourist Route. It is also the only way to Wujiawan, a water town. It was formerly Lingchuan Credit Union. It has been vacant since it was evacuated from the township and merged into the town. Last year, it was converted into a B&B after government coordination and rent reversal. It has a conference room, two restaurants, and a tea room.
