Welcome to our vibrant 2 bedroom apartment for up to 7 guests in the our colorful and newly residence, inspired by the famous Dutch painter Mondrian.
This property, completely renovated in 2013, is located in the center of Lignano Sabbiadoro, just 300 m from the sea.
You'll find a large living room with a double sofa bed, an efficient open plan kitchen, one bedroom with a double bed, one bedroom with double bed and a single bed, bathroom with shower, a large terrace equipped with tables and chairs.
Plus, you'll enjoy modern comforts like a welcome kit (including soap, bubble bath, toilet paper, dish soap and sponge for dishes), separate air-conditioning, satellite TV, security door, private parking area, wi-fii, intercom and, on the top floor, a large terrace with sunbeds and deck chairs.
Not included in the price:
- Tourist tax according to local legislation.
- Optional air conditioning 40eur/week
- Optional bed linen 15eur per person.
- Optional set of bath towels 15eur per person.
- Security deposit of 200eur required on arrival, will be returned at check-out after an inspection of the property
Check-in from 16:00 to 18:00, in the high season until 19:00. Check-in upon request until 22:00, after 22:00 it will no longer be possible to check-in. Maximum check-out by 10:00.
