The property has over sixteen meters of direct beach access, a 6 x 10 meter pool with shower
and waterfall, and rooftop terrace (140 sqm) with cooking facilities. Westerly facing allows

keepers quarters at the back of the property is accessible only by our employees; a security

The property has 600 square meters of built up space (including the pool) and 400 square
meters of internal living space. There is also a fully equipped laundry room. In total, there
are 7 toilets (4 ensuite, 1 guest toilet in each villa and one in the pool house). There is 4 parking available on the property. There is a house-keepers quarters at the back of the property for our employees.
