The apartment is situated within 2.3 miles of Laguna di Bibione. It has amenities including complimentary parking, a safety deposit box and an elevator.
The three-room apartment is for 4/6 guests. With air conditioning, it is located on the 3rd floor. It is made up of a living room with a double sofa bed and a television, a kitchen with a large fridge and a microwave, a renovated bathroom with window and a shower cubicle, a double bedroom, a bedroom with bunk beds, a safe, an habitable terrace and an uncovered parking space.
